Brett Stephens


With 23 years of experience working in the environmental and fire management industry, Brett has had an extensive public service career in both SA and NT working for Department for Water (DEW) and Bushfires NT. Brett is widely recognised for his knowledge and experience in bushfire mitigation, response, and emergency management throughout Australia. Internationally he is recognised with 3 deployments to North America. Brett has worked with many agencies and stakeholders to develop and deliver fire management programs including fire management plans, detailed risk assessments and emergency management planning, prescribed burning, fuel mitigation plans, policies, procedures, and Nationally Accredited Training packages.

Anne McLean

Operations Manager

Following her 21 years in land management across various government agencies, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Clearpath team.

Luke Panagakis

Work Supervisor

Luke is a competent and skilled machine operator who has come on board and driven Clearpath towards growth since 2020. The quality in his work shows his level of skill in this area. BONUS – He has great customer service and is a nice guy to talk to too!

Sonia Adamczyk


Sonia has over 19 years of experience in accounting and tax. Jobs included BAS and tax preparation, financial reports, payroll, payroll tax, bookkeeping, accounts payable, small amount of fringe benefits tax and general administration support. She has sound knowledge of MYOB, quickbooks, and quicken, as well as accounting software MYOB AE Tax and Handisoft. Sonia recently completed her Cert IV in accounting and bookkeeping which has allowed her to become a registered BAS Agent

Business Manager

Britnie has been in the customer service industry in varying roles for 15 years. She joined our team in 2021. She has a passion for Digital Marketing. She is undertaking her Diploma of Business.
